Happy St. Patricks Day!!

Today is one of my favorite days of the year. I celebrate my Irish heritage! My dd was an Irish Dancer for years and I loved watching her and friends dance!Growing up our milk, bread, butter, etc all mysteriously turned green on this day and it did it also as my two kids were growing up. We always had a great time.
The pictures are more symbolic than anything. The cd is Celtic Dance and I have been listening to it all week on my drive to work. the mug is on my table at school.

I just love the carrying down of family traditions! I wasn't that crazy about it as a kid, but as an adult, it is so important to me!

Wow, I was never much of one to celebrate St. Patrick's day (I'm Danish, Scottish and Dutch)
But I do like the music. Have a great day!

Home for a bit... those naughty leprechauns were busy at school. One of the teachers even "caught" one on an audio tape and played it for her students...soooo cuttteeee!
Went to the parade and now off to the pub...its balmy 45 degrees.. no one is wearing coats..haha.. how relative is that?
