We have begun our "flip"
Ok, Im attempting to repost this blog.. so if it double posts I am sorry.
Here are two pics from our latest adventure. We have purchased a small home in town to remodel and sell in a couple of months. The house was built in 1940 and has all kinds of quirky things like cabinets built with a door behind them..hmmmm. We will be spending evenings and weekends doing the work. DH can do most work(roof, plumbing, flooring, etc) and DS and I are the hired hands. DH parents are moving up here in a few months so if it hasnt sold, they will be purchasing it to live in until assisted living has a vacancy.

Wow.
Good luck.
It's a HUGE amount of work, my sister and brother-in-law does it. He's a painting contractor and she has a degree in interior design.
But the house is adorable and has all kinds of potential! have fun.
good luck with that....it truly is a very cute house....can't wait to see the "after" shots!!!
I might need it if it's available!!! LOL
